Custom instructions

AI prompt library for WooCommerce product descriptions

AI Product Optimizer lets you pick which fields the AI rewrites and add a short instruction to steer tone, audience, and style. Type it once and the AI applies it across your whole selection. Below are ready to use instructions you can copy, paste, and adjust for your store.

How to use these

  1. 1In WooCommerce, open AI Product Optimizer > Products and select the products you want to optimize.
  2. 2Choose which fields the AI should change (title, description, tags, SEO meta, and more).
  3. 3Paste a snippet into the Extra instructions field and edit it to fit your store.
  4. 4Generate, review each proposal side by side with its SEO score, then publish to WooCommerce.

Tone and brand voice

Luxury and premium

Use when you sell high end products and want a refined feel.

Write in a refined, aspirational tone. Emphasize craftsmanship, materials, and provenance. Avoid hype words and exclamation marks.

Playful and casual

Use when your brand is friendly and approachable.

Use a friendly, upbeat voice with short sentences. Speak directly to the reader as "you". Keep it fun but never gimmicky.

Calm and minimal

Use when you want clean, understated copy with no fluff.

Write in a calm, minimal tone. State the facts plainly, one idea per sentence. No superlatives, no filler.

By store type

Fashion and apparel

Use for clothing, shoes, and accessories.

Lead with fabric, fit, and occasion. Mention care instructions and sizing guidance. Include the target audience (women’s, men’s, unisex).

Furniture and home

Use for furniture, decor, and homeware.

Include dimensions, material, weight or capacity, and the room or style it suits. Be precise and practical.

Electronics

Use for tech products where specs drive the search.

Lead with brand, model, and the standout spec. Follow with 2 to 3 key specs and one real world use. Avoid vague adjectives.

Food, drinks and supplements

Use for consumables where compliance matters.

State key ingredients, usage, and benefits factually. Avoid medical or health claims and unverified promises. Keep it compliant and clear.

SEO focus

Keyword first

Use when you want the focus keyword to lead the copy.

Place the focus keyword in the first sentence and in one subheading. Write naturally with no keyword stuffing. Target 120 to 160 words.

Long tail coverage

Use for competitive categories where specifics win.

Work in specific attributes buyers search for, such as material, color, size, and use case. Prefer concrete long tail phrasing over generic terms.

Conversion focus

Benefit led

Use when you want copy that sells, not just describes.

Open with the main benefit, then supporting details, then a soft call to action. Address the buyer’s top objection in one sentence.

Concise and mobile friendly

Use when most of your traffic is on phones.

Keep the description under 90 words. Make it scannable with one short paragraph plus a few bullet points.

Multilingual

Native local phrasing

Use for stores selling in another language or region.

Write in [language]. Use natural, native phrasing rather than a literal translation. Localize units, sizing, and spelling.

Instructions steer the AI, you still decide

Custom instructions shape the tone and focus, but nothing is published automatically. Every result is a proposal you review side by side with the current content, edit if you like, and publish yourself. You can roll back any change later.

  • Pick the exact fields the AI is allowed to change
  • Apply one instruction across a whole batch of products
  • Review, edit, approve, and publish from your WordPress admin
