Pro is €100 per year (billed annually) and renews each year. Lifetime is a single €175 payment for unlimited optimizations forever, with no renewals.
Inside the plugin, on the Account & Billing screen, through Stripe. Nothing is charged when you sign up, and your card details go straight to Stripe.
Yes. Cancel an annual plan any time and you keep access until the end of the billing period. Lifetime has no renewal, so there is nothing to cancel.
